Mold growth in certain areas can indicate water damage or shingle deterioration. Mold and algae, even if they are not a sign of existing damage, can reduce the lifespan of your roof.

Caulk and sealants do not last forever. They are subject to UV, water, and wind damage and regular upkeep is needed to ensure they are performing as expected. During a roof inspection, our technicians are able to determine if the caulking needs to be replaced/repaired.
